We have received policies and methodology from our commercial clients which offer sensible and pragmatic precautions which we have embodied in our approach and are abiding by. The health and well-being of our customers, staff and supplier is of paramount importance and so we have taken the following actions: 1. We have placed hand sanitizer in our showroom and warehouse for staff, visitors and delivery drivers. 2. We have issued hand sanitizer and gloves to all N&P staff and fitting teams who come into direct contact with customers. 3 We are using conference calls to communicate with clients and suppliers rather than site or office meeting. 4. Any members of staff that are in the vulnerable category are self isolating at home. 5. Although we are not working from home, we are nevertheless maintaining a healthy distance between team members, avoiding enclosed meetings and keeping our offices and warehouse well ventilated. working in domestic properties - our fitters work in teams of 2, mainly one inside and one outside. in addition to the use of gloves, regular hand washing and sanitizing, we are advising residents and in particular elderly and vulnerable occupants to avoid the rooms where we are working and at all times follow the guidelines on social distancing. Rooms are being well ventilated and the frames and glass wiped down at the end of the installation. Looking to the future, we continue to work with customers to build a solid pipeline of future contracts and are in regular contact with our suppliers to assess the security of the supplier.
